The site centredeservice.net is operated by Technologies Innovaris Inc. It presents the CentreDeService.NET product and related services. Content is provided for information and does not constitute a contractual offer unless otherwise stated in writing.

Accounts and application
Access to the CentreDeService.NET application (trials, subscriptions, client workspaces) may be governed by separate terms accepted at signup, shown with plans, or set out in applicable commercial agreements.

Requests, quotes and cancellation
Requests sent via the contact form do not automatically create a contract. Any engagement beyond a standard subscription is subject to a written agreement or confirmation (quote, contract, purchase order).
Cancellation, refund or termination terms depend on the applicable agreement or plan.
Your commitments
You agree not to use the site or services in an unlawful, abusive or harmful way (intrusion attempts, malicious content, abusive automated scraping, impersonation, etc.), and to provide accurate information when contacting us or creating an account.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and applicable laws of Canada. Courts in the competent judicial district in Québec have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to public-order rules.
